I bought a WII

With the Wii fit program. to get into shape and help with the depression. Does anyone own this and has it helped at all?

i have one need to start using it again. I stopped in December. I will plan to start it again tomorrow.

I own a very old, possessed Wii that turns itself on. I have to keep it unplugged. I don't have Wii Fit, but it sounds like a lot of fun.

We have had several exercise bikes over the years. Problem is, we never used them to exercise!

So if you use it, great. If not, well, you get points for effort!

i don't really think anything can really compare to actually going for a run, or hike.....or even a swim.

ur so lucky!!! i heard it's great, for adults too. also, ur kids when they come over will have fun. w/ bowling, tennis, all that stuff.

my old roommate had Wii Fit....

it told me I was 40.

I said "F*** U Wii Fit!"

I imagine it would be GREAT for those days when it's JUST too cold to go outside.......etc........
