I was super ready for the weekend on Friday but now I am ready for my work week. I have to admit that i have not done well on my New Year's Resolution to clean my house. The decorations are still on my Christmas tree. I think it has something to do with the fact that I have been cheating on Keto. I got in the habit of eating Ceasar salad kits. They were delicious but I gained weight and I felt like I had less energy. I cheated in other ways too. I went to dinner with my brother twice and ate french fries, pasta, bread. Back on track today! Mondays are great days to start new habits. I once read that it takes 3 weeks to create a habit. If I feel like cheating, I am going to think of how poopy I have felt lately and that should straighten me out. Here's to a great week!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
