He is very insensitive to you. VERY! My best thoughts, trying to get into guy modes of thinking here, is maybe he is pointing out these women to you in hopes of motivating you to "get fit and hot" NOT NICE! You are who you are, perfect in the way you were created to be you.

He obviously doesn't realize how sensitive you are. He needs to be given the boot or a taste of his own medicine. Let him know how it feels to be put down all the time and then see how he feels. I've been in your situation and I know exactly how you feel. I know it's not nice to take revenge out on someone but sometimes it's the only avenue.

I am in the same boat..howevre, it is myself that won't let him tell me Im hot,because I know I'm not.. I feel very bad about how I look, I weighed 110 lbs when we met, now I am pushing 160. Feel horrible....

Pick a time where nothing is going on and tell him you would like to talk about this. I would have the talk two or three times. Some people just forget.

You don't need to waste your time this way. There are PLENTY of guys who will find you attractive and treat you with respect and some sensitivity.

Sounds to me that you might want to look at sitting down with him and setting some boundari4es here. If you can explain how his "jokes" inpact on you and explain why its not funny and that you'd like to be respected. You might want to turn the tables and ask him how he would feel if you joked about bedding his best mate or family members.

As for the refusal in bed... please have a look at asking him if he has a problem that he needs to talk to you about so that you can help and understand his situation...some men do have low sex drives and try to hide it.

He sounds very selfish and 150% insensitive. Talk to him one on one about this issue. If he's unwilling to listen to your side of the story, then he's probably not good enough for you.

I was married for 22 years to a man who always told me I was overweight, even when I wasn't, and I believed that I was. After 22 years and two children, he found someone who was thinner and made money (I was a stay-at-home mother because he was in the military & we moved so often), dumped me and married her. It took me a long time to figure out that this was NOT my problem and I was not an ugly person - it's his perception that's skewed. If someone loves you, they love you for who you are, not how you look. It's hard to do, but you should leave him and eventually you'll find someone who doesn't care about whether or not you look perfect. Like yourself!
