I'm just a teenager but I've been struggling with porn for almost 6 years and I'm too shy to talk to anyone about it. Some help might really be welcome cause I've tried to quit on my own but I end up relapsing all the time. I'm so tired of this and I want to stop

Depressing reality when can't remember how to hard boil eggs without my hard boil egg timer. The timer is my cheat-sheet... I'm happy about myself and the choice I made to get myself back up to getting better but I would have wished for a better support system that actually lives up to standards and met expectations. Meh... sometimes it's not worth mentioning and pointless to mention but then that's why it's called depression because damn if you do and damn if you don't.
