Does anyone out there know how to lower blood sugar? I just tested it, and it was 400!!!!!! My God, Im freaking out over here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Normal glucose levels fall between 70 and 150 mg.

you need insulin AND IV fluids urgently.

No, I dont have any insulin here. Im hypoglycemic, not necessarily diabetic.. which means my sugar stays low... my normal range is anywhere from 70 to 99, thats why im freaking out so badly. Idk what else to do.

If you don't you may well go into shock they have to treat you, crisis is now call 911 do not drive you may very well go into a coma and soon get to an ER now call 911 now

screw needle phobia. It is a wonder you can function. You are risking permenant kidney damage and God knows what else. Worry about ER costs later.

For all of you who gave me advice here I thank you so much. I did go the hospital, and I will have a monster bill, but I am stable and secure now. Thank you guys.
