I just rejoined DS after 8 years. It really helped during my divorce. Now I am remarried and never been ahppier, but I still can't shake this gnawing depression that seems to always haunt me. I'm hoping that I can just get a chance to talk to people who may be feeling down like me. That always helps.

A very warm welcome back! But wish you didn't have the depression. What I have learned about my depression (I'm bi-polar) is what triggers my depressive episodes. It has really helped me a great deal to know what work I need to do to myself. Hugs

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
