Mondays are good days for new starts. I plan to do better on my diet this week. Last week, I gained a pound back.

I really want to set it up. I need to go to ShopRite today and want to know my step count. I never really wanted one but my best friend thinks it will give me incentive to get more steps in.
It's nice that you got one for free. Sometimes I get sick of my phone telling me I walked more or less than the day/week before, but I can't really get rid of it. You can always put the Fitbit in a drawer if you decide the tracking is a bit much haha! ;)
