Gloom...Despair...and Agony on ME....
Deep dark DEPRESSION...excessive MISERY...
If it weren't for bad luck...I'd have no luck at all...

I just don't know what to do anymore...I am so frustrated and anxious that I can't do anything!!!!
I have SO MUCH to do and I can't do any of it....I used to be great at MULTITASKING....NOW?....now I can't even get ONE LITTLE THING done....GOD.....I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with you, hust lost jobs with in 2 weeks,You will strive through this, like you use to multi task did everything now do good just to keep me going,

So sorry to hear you are experiencing so many dark and abysmal feelings. That is definitely the depression talking. I just read your profile, and oh you poor dear. I would really encourage you to rethink trying to treat this depression on your own without medication or doctors, as it sounds like it is getting the better of you.
I was anti-medication and doctors for a long time until I had an almost psychotic break in college, and started "evacuating" my house because convinced a commercial jet liner would crash into it, or a meteor was about to crash into the place that I worked.
Needless to say depression is a serious illness that needs to be treated just like diabetes. I have found SSRI's to be immensely helpful in my general outlook, and I have recently started counseling, which i now wish I had done a LONG TIME AGO. I used to be a skeptic about depression too, but I tell u, I am a MAJOR believer now.

I dont want to bring up age, but at 54 I dont have the energy to multi-task any more; lack of energy that just might come from age is in itself depressing. And no amount of near-over dosing coffee helps.

I'm sorry things are so difficult right now! Depression is really an energy stealer! I know when I'm depressed small tasks are overwhelming. You're not alone!

i think ak had some good advice for you ................things will get better but you need to go and get the help you need if you havent already ..........depreshion is an ilness ..........it needs healing ...........just as if you broke your leag you wouldent heasetate to go and get a cast well you need to get the help to heal your depreshion ............it is very good that you have come in hereit is so important to talk everything has to come out ................do you have a councler or a phicatrist i have a phicatrise for 8 years now this is the longest time so far i have suffered from depreshion all my life ..............i hope you feel better ..................i will keep you in my prayers .................god bless

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
