Took my fish oil this morning and now I am suffering the afterwards *burp* affect.... Shouldnt a bear love the after taste?
I have no burps or aftertaste.
I look for how much Omega 3 is in the capsules by looking on the back of the bottle. [front oft he bottle is, for example, 1400mg of fish oil, back of the bottle says I'm only getting 900mg of Omega 3]
So I take 900mg of Omega 3 a day.. from 1400mg (of fish oil) capsules.
