Hi everyone
really not sure what to say, I am feeling down and out, just wish I can crawl under a rock and disappear, I feel like I’m just here in this world, and it doesn’t matter if I’m here or gone to my family, no matter how hard I try to be positive toward all situation, I get over looked

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Good luck, many blessings and take care.
Strange question to ask, but I do
You are very important! You are very valuable! God loves you very much!
I have dealt with depression before too and feeling useless, lonely, down and out and like I do not belong...been there! It really never goes away, you just have to learn how to choose how to live life each and everyday. Sometimes, family and friends are not the right people to step in and help you. Sometimes we just need to step out and get involved and help others in need. Such as; serving at the Rescue Mission, Boys and Girls Club, helping trouble youth and families, volunteer at the local hospital talking to the elderly and playing with the children, listening to their hurts... World Vision, Red Cross, a local church group.
I found when I start helping and serving and keeping busy with other people my depression, loneliness, burdens and all other problems seem to slowly disappear and before I know it, I start to enjoy what I am doing! Exercising is a form of keeping your mental health strong and healthy too. I also found god and He helps me to overcome thoughts of depression and loneliness... Pray and pray and keep praying! Keep in the Word of God as well.
I am going to pray for you!
Thank you for those encouraging words
For years, as a biker, I was told I would never be anything, never have anything and never amount to anything. For years I believed that and I had a raging storm in me. Now, I know better and have been a Christian and a preacher now for many, many years.
Thank you for the uplifting!!
