i keep thinking things will get better but they never do. im tired of feeling the way i feel but i dont know how to stop it. i have started back on seroqel 100mg at night but it hasnt made me feel better. i want to feel happy confident pretty and positive. ive got to change but i dont know how. im geussing therapy and maybe a antidepressant and anxiety medicine. im tired of not being able to cope things, getting upset over nothing and worrying all the time. im tired of the daily negative thoughts and feeling like a looser. tired of the suicidal thoughts. i am just fed up....tired of the same ole bs day in and day out. tired of coping peroid....

I know it's hard to reach out for help, but you won't regret it when you find a good therapist you trust. Even if it means trying different ones until you find one you like. A year ago I never would have thought I would have made this much progress. I'm still struggling but I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel after 9 months of therapy and a lot hard work. If I can do this, so can you!
It's hard to cope knowing there will always be a 'crash'
