Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
here i am again posting because i feel awful. i guess that's the way it is though for people with depression and a lot of problems. you usually feel bad. i'm so tired of everything. i'm so tired of this cycling of working myself into the ground and being completely stressed out and then being at home totally wiped out and depressed and almost unable to function. i guess i need more balance but things don't seem to be going in that direction.
how in the hell did i wind up in so much trouble, in so much debt and with so much responsibility and so little support. i know part of the answer but not all of it. Anyway, I don't care. I just know i feel like sh9t and want to give up. i'm off sick work again. it won't be long before i am fired or forced to leave and then the shit is really going to hit the fan.
i'm so sick of myself and my problems. i really don't want to do anything anymore and yet i have mountains of things to do and even if i wade through most of it, i'm still in deep sh3t. never going to have any really comfort or security in my life. that sucks.
just felt like writing here. cuz, yea, i'm alone too. no friends in real life. no relationship. i'm turning into that weird crazy lady people try to avoid. i don't deserve this.

According to His riches in glory refers to a biblical promise found in Philippians 4:19, which states that God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. This verse emphasizes God's provision and generosity towards believers.

I myself just recently broke down after not being able to pull out of a deep depression and asked for meds. I'm also talking to a counselor too.
There is also a free online counselor I use called "Crisis text"
If you text HOME to 741741 you will be quickly connected with someone who will walk you thru the feelings your feeling. It has been a life saver for me and sometimes it has been the only thing Ive had when I'm in a panic.
Sometimes just talking thru your emotions help alot.
Id also start journeling on this website because i can express what I'm feeling thru words. Prayers and much bright light to you. Hang in there, you've got this.
I find that most of on here are really good people and that we often get the short end of the stick -- some of the things you said I might be able to offer advice for if you wanted. OR not of course. But I would love to listen.
I am at this moment facing one of the most difficult problems in my life time and just very recently (four days ago) when I went to my first therapy session with a new therapist, after having no therapist for eight months, started to see a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. This therapist told me she "knows ways to help." That was something I was hoping to hear. It helps to feel that someone will walk with us in our cold dark journey ahead. I hope you feel more hopeful as each day goes by and find peace and what you hope for. Will look forward to talking more to you soon. Hope you have a good day today.
Is there a possibility that you can hang on to your present job for awhile? I saw you wrote in another post about your land lord and him possible selling the house to you. I hope you will find the best way out from your difficult situation. Wishing you the best result and happy future.
