Has anyone ever felt worse after therapy? Usually I feel better, but I came back today and started crying a lot. I don't know if I was just feeling numb about my situation or avoiding it, but the things that were bothering me I started talking a lot about, and then came home and started crying quite a bit.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
