man I'm here for a concert with family and I feel like shit. All I want to do is cry and hide. I'm tired of feeling like shit and so lost. I wish I had a knife to cut can't take it.

You’re still grieving for your dad. Stop pretending and pushing your feelings down. There is nothing to be ashamed of and to keep quit to as not bother other people. There is nobody on this earth that says you cannot feel the way you do. Maybe you’re angry also for him leaving you and that is ok too. You need to see a grief counselor. Best wishes.

Sorry for your loss. You are an important valuable worthy person who deserves to feel happy. Allow yourself the time you need to grieve. It is something that you cannot set a time frame. Please don't do anything to harm yourself. Continue to see your grief counselor and with time you will get better.
