Not been on here for a while. I started to get over my depression after the breakup of my marriage a few months ago and I was doing better everyday. I've started falling back into depression again the last week, kind of shit having to start again from square one with my life. Anyone recommend a way to help without saying meds?

Thing is, put importance back in your life.
Also, believe it or not. Writing down how you feel in a diary/journal is Great therapy. You can do that here and keep it personal or allow others to read it. Its very helpful.

I ride the bike in the nature or go for a walk, meditate (i.e. calm.com or progressive muscle relaxation on youtube). Generally sport releases endorphines. Also friends, trying to be social. Going to a regular sauna with a friend.
