I say it's been pretty bad lately, I was almost going to say the meds aren't working anymore, he cuts in and says "well it's nit going to be perfect" he never even let me explain how it was bad? He says it's never going to be perfect....I wasn't looking for. Perfect I was just looking for help. Hugs to everyone...hugs.

So I understand how you feel, invisible. It's hard to think of a response when you get cut off mid-stream. Doctors often don't seem to remember how our thinking gets slowed, how we might be intimidated by them, or how confused our thoughts are. Yes, he might have had a "human moment" (good phrase, btw), but it still makes it difficult to deal with people who are supposed to be helping us.
Anyway, I'm glad you haven't cut over this, invisible. As for the new counselor, I'd start off saying that you feel the meds aren't working anymore (and you don't expect things to be perfect!) but you just need some help. And then the thoughts you mentioned here -- how you feel you've let your parents down, how you hate yourself, etc.
