Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
This is not directed at any one particular person. It's just that it happens to have happened one more time again today. It happens all the time. It happens too much.
Someone has one problem on DS, with or a few people. They get upset about it. They delete their friends, or even worse, they delete their account.
I sincerely wish and request that people take the time, when something or someone on DS has upset them, to take a break from the computer, walk away, calm down, and think about it before you simply act rashly.
I've known too many people who have deleted all their friends only to regret it days or even hours later.
I've known too many people who have deleted their account, again only to regret it later.
I suggest we all agree to take a step back and away from DS to collect our thoughts and sort out our feelings before we go ahead and make a decision like deleting friends or accounts.
It hurts feelings, and it also causes confusion when people have to come back under new names because they rashly deleted their old.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
