My fingers are also crossed and I'm saying a prayer or two that he does agree . I also enjoy the same thing. There is nothing more beautiful than a lit tree brightening our home and our spirits. Let me know how it turns out.

Thanks everyone! I went to Michael's and took a pic of the tree that was on sale to show my brother. He liked it but didn't want that to be my Christmas present so I went back and bought it for myself. It was $69.99. My receipt says it was regularly $249.99! I also bought beautiful cards for $4.99. My receipts says I saved $185.00.! It's a beautiful tree! My wonderful sister-in-law is coming over on Friday morning to help me decorate it. So I have some cleaning to do and I will try to put the tree together by myself but I might need her help. My cat approves of the box that the tree is in and laid on it last night. So I am happy! It's funny but I had bought my last tree from Michael's well over 20 years ago and it was the same price! I actually need new decorations too but I will go to Goodwill to see what I can find.
