I was little, about 5 and I mamaged to place this hatchet I found on the washing line. My brother spun it and I chased him in the other direction. Of all the odds the hatchet landed in my skull. I now have a little rift in the middle of my head thanks to that bastard. But it really hurt though.
It was one of those hot muggy summer mornings, and I didnt really want to do it.
I took the tire out and sat down feeling slightly dejected. It wasnt long before and older gentlemen pulled over to help. He immediately put the jack under the car and jacked it up. Just then a big rig went by and the gust blew my coffee off the roof and onto the man's head. That was funny, but the worst part was that I coudln't stop laughing.
He just stood up and said, "You like a little coffee with your sugar dont ya?"
Oh man! He was so sweet I just felt bad that I couldnt stop laughing.
As a child of the 1980s, the most ridiculous part is that my parents ARE STILL TELLING THIS STORY !!
I really loved the radio and would sing along, when I was as young as 3 years old. The things that were most popular were Paula Abdul, Rick Astley, Gloria Estefan .... I loved them all.
One of the songs was "Cold Hearted [Snake]"

A line at the chorus of the song is "Girl don't play the fool, now"
However,
the lyrics that I SANG really proud and loud were...
"Girl don't play with your food, now" ! ! !
Hahahaha. I love looking back, too, because now I have younger cousins to watch grow up.. Kids are funny!
I looked up at the sky and said, "Thank you Lord for making such a beautiful morning!"
I sat down in my chair, took a good sip of my coffee and then a bird pooped on my leg! Don't let anyone tell you the Lord doesn't have a sense of humor!
One Saturday I had to work so I told my husband to give Coon his meds. When I got home that afternoon I asked my husband if he had given Coon his meds. Yes he said but I had a hell of a time getting that pill down him. That's strange I said I never had a problem with it because the pills are so tiny. My husband says...ummmm...I didn't give him a pill...I gave him a capsule. I started screaming...OH MY GOD!!! THAT WAS MY PROZAC!!!!!
