My husband told me I lacked empathy because I got upset he kept falling asleep during the time he was supposed to be staying up with the baby so I could get some sleep. I've been the parent sacrificing my life and well-being for our family for the last six years and he just doesn't see it. Truly at this point. I just want sleep.

But I feel for you. I remember how hard it was to have a baby and from the sounds of it other children as well. It is a lot and with everything that is going on I am sure you feel at your "wits end". If you can nap when the baby naps.
Have all of you have an afternoon siesta. Sometimes just 20 min can give you the energy you need to get through the rest of the day.
If you have older kids and they can't nap have them have a quiet time in their rooms. They could read or do a puzzle maybe.
I know us moms we do put ourselves last. Maybe you need to just take a 10 or 15 min in the morning to do something for you, meditate or have a quiet place to read a book, before your family gets up. Perhaps that would energize you to put yourself first for 15 min a day.
It is hard to keep it together when you are sleep deprived.
You need to take care of you or you won't be able to take care of your family.
