I can't believe that DS can be so blind!!!

I though they treated everyone fairly, but I am seeing that they ban the good people and let the trolls stay or keep coming back! This is rediculous! Jane has been nothing but an asset to this site, I can't believe that anyone would want to ban her, let alone that anyone would do it!

No-one really understands it and needless to say, we haven't been exactly overwhelmed with any answers to our concerns or questions except for an ocassional form letter in reply. I still feel strongly that as many civil questions to DS as possible would be good.

It shows her as "online" but that may be a DS glitch. She hasn't responded to me yet so maybe she's just being allowed to safe her journals.

She's not doing well people! I'm crying now.
