I have been having trouble handling my depression for the last few months. I will 34 weeks pregnant tomorrow and i have been off my meds for depression and anxiety since i found out that i was pregnant which was around 30 weeks ago. I have been having alot of hard times in the last few weeks, since I was told i had to spend 2 days in the hospital due to low fluid around the baby. My doctor told me that i could take some depression meds but i think that it would be best for me to wait till after i have the baby then get back on my meds. I am just scared that i will get depression even worse after i have the baby. But i am planning on calling my doctor the day after my baby is born so that i can get on my meds as fast as i can and so that i will not fall into a deep depression phase. i catch myself crying sometimes at night when i think about it all.
