I find myself trying to go to sleep at 8:30 just because I don't have the want to stay awake and properly function like a human being and do things. Is this even really a problem? I've always been taught the more sleep the better but it doesn't seem very healthy.

That's what I do. I want to sleep as much as I can so I don't have to be awake to feel like crap

it is perhaps an issue if there are things that you could be doing that do not cost money and do not cause stress....something I should have done today was clean my dining room while waiting for the Sears Repair guy...I did not....my dining room is still in sad shape....but I can get to it tonight if I decide to...and if not then tomorrow I need to get going in morning and just do it as NIKE says...LOL
