hmmm, the friends i had when i first joined were really boring, lol, but TrB22 was always a great friend:) and when i finally found the depression board, i think pixiedst made me feel most welcome:)

Hmmm. Girlie4721 helped a lot. Somebody named SleepyChick too, but I think I learned by watching her more than being mentored by her.

no mamas girl.. not an asshole.. just trying to get someone to look at this thread.. so many people have helped me here but I was just remembering the two that made me feel so welcome.. If you dont know Pixie and Ruby.. you are really missing out.. Although now, I have more friends then I can even think to mention.. Carolina was later on but she has always been more then just a wonderful friend.. she makes me feel good all the time.. When I first joined, I was messaging back and forth with Johobean. But he hasn't been on in absolutely ages and I really miss him...

meandthebeast, u did get my attention. lol. hard to think of who was first. i have met so many wonderful friends here, that i could go on and on. this post did make me think of my first time here, and how worried i was that no one would answer me, so i try to answer the newbies. :)

I also try to answer the threads from the newbies. It is so crappy to suffer from low self-esteem from this disease and then to post something and not have anyone comment makes us feel lower then if we hadnt said a word.. I think we all should all try to get to to the newbie threads more often.. All though I have seen many jump in and welcome them with open arms. I love this place most the time.. And I love my friends here, more then I could ever say..

The person who made me feel most welcome deleted me as a friend for no reason and now will not speak to me so I am not sure she counts

i've been on here for a couple of months and the only person that really talked to me was sadbecca.
other then her when i put up something i'll have replies from some very nice, caring people, but there's been nobody that i've actually felt accepted by as a real friend.

Winny also helps in many ways.. She makes me laugh, when she is on.. Having a good sense of humor is always helpful when you are feeling down.. Batdog and newview are very wonderful for that also.. And Nanoe and mammalove.. Like I said there are so many. When I come on in the mornings and get my hugs, it really makes me feel like a true friend.. I would just like to help others feel the same way. I am truly blessed..
