My brother is 52 years old and went into emergency surgery yesterday for his heart. He has already had all the mechanics put in over 8 years ago to keep his heart beating but they are not working. His heart is only beating 40% of the time. He also has asthma. Yesterday, August 2nd was also the day my father died from this horrible heart disease that he passed on to us.

He was in surgery for four hours and they had to stop as they had done as much possible for the time being. They need to wait until Calie is feeling better to talk to him about another more vigorous and very dangerous procedure that could very possibly take his life. He could very possibly bleed out or die on the operating table.
