Ugh for some reason I am so irritated with everyone today. Not my patients but my coworkers.
Today I am feeling pretty depressed and one of the symptoms of my depression is that I lose my sense of humor. I am tired of fake laughing and fake smiling!
Today at a drivethru the guy at the drive thru was giving me shit because I wasn't smiling. Wtf? I just want to go to work, get my food and I don't really feel like talking to anyone today.
Coworkers keep joking around with me and I don't find it funny, nothing is funny. But I fake laugh because what else can I do?

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ
