Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I think it's healthy to acknowledge your anger when you feel angry. It's the only way to truly process it so you can move forward, hopefully to a place of understanding.
Hang in there. We all have our moments.
Every emotion has a job or a reason. Anger gives you a way to express negative feelings, or it can motivate you to find solutions to problems.
The thing is you have to know how to handle your anger, you have to let it simmer down to a level where you can have a conversation with the person you're angry at, so that the conversation can have a purpose, a meaning, a solution and a conclusion. Because you never let anger just go simmering on, you never ignore it and let it just build away....then anger becomes hate.
