Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
..and you're not broken, your still feeling, your here writing, you're not broken. Journaling can help quite a bit, especially when you don't want to talk to a person. I'm hoping though that you find enough trust to see a Therapist and let them help you.

Why do you think everyone want to be a billionaire king President???
So they can have an army to stop people harming them
Then loads of people treat you great cos they want your money and protection and the status to say to others I know the king (so watch out you better be good to me)
Other than that shit generally does just happen. Twelve steps of AA will try to show you some stuff you might be doing to cause negative consequences
Therapy might also give you some insight
Learning how to conform to group expectations and rules and to play dodge the scapegoat role helps. Usual tactics involve blaming someone innocent. Who doesn't blame someone else
I don't know, I've spent so long trying to figure out what my part in situations is. My general conclusion is that most people don't have good intentions and no intentions of co creating a happy abuse free environment for equals
