You did what you could...told them to put you on ignore. The way I see it is if they don't like what you post...don't read it.

this is a discussion board, used for discussion, and people can vent here, on anything that want to vent about. that is about there in real life situations. This means everyone is entittled to vent about anything they want. Even if you want to vent the fact the people shouldn't be able to vent about certain things, I heard you and for the sake of disussion I don't agee. Peace out. : )

I suppose I could see how someone would be offended, if they are new here and don't know the people here on the boards, it could be that they were being "protective", although they could have been alot more productive in the email sent to you.

Personally, the gay/lesbian jokes don't bother me, but if someone I didn't know put them up I would probably be a bit irritated. Yes, I know, that's a double standard (it being ok from someone I know as opposed to the later) but oh well.

IDK how I feel about the other types. I think I am pretty all over the place with it. Depends on the type of joke and what mood I am in.

i am the one that sent the message which was replied too that she has been here longer than i so i guess it makes it okay.... i tried to send her a message not being rude she wrote if you do not like them then tell the writer which is what i did. there was no trigger on it by the way. so because i do not like it and told you so now it is time to attack me well bring it on you nasty bear and for the ones who posted fuck him or her well all i can say is back at ya... this is a depression site this is people who should be helping others in a crisis not telling offensive jokes and posting threads about someone because they do not share your sense of hummor. I do not find racist jokes to be acceptable in any way shape or form. apparently many here find it acceptable and that is your choice and your right, just like it is my right to choice to say it is not. The mere title of the post in question, suggested that it might offend someone/everyone..so why on Earth would someone who might be easily offended, open the damn thing?
