I would buy a nice little house for my grandparents. They raised me since I was a baby and it would be my way of thanking them for taking good care of me and making me the person that I am today.

okay, seriously, just give it to those i know that really need it, divvy it up between grandparents, parents, brother and his family, and keep out at least 1/4 of it to donate to the human society

i would split it up between my 3 children so they could have a better future or go do something fun...nice vacation, etc.
