hi there everyone.
i hope your doing well.
i'm facing dpression and also anxiety from long time ago i used to.
a couple of days ago i talked about my bioplar disorder and anxiety with my therapist everything was fine but suddenly right afret the call i ended up into a situation that wants me to go bed all the time also no motivation at all.
been so caring about my sleeping orders i recently read the book " robin sharma - the 5 am club " had a nice effect in my brain after one or two days reading that i woke up right at 5:00 AM no alarm needed.
but i wonder why i'm so up or some days i feel so down suddeny.
maybe it's not the best place or group to share that i'm facing "bioplar disorder " and " faded memory " issues.
also been using since 8 years ago till now " lithium carbonate " , " risperidone ".

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
Did the therapist bring up something that might have triggered you into feeling down after that session? Have you been working with this therapist long?
I think it is normal to have Ups and Downs, and that is just part of having mental health issues.
I encourage you to keep trying. Maybe talk to your therapist about how you were feeling after your last session. It might not be related to the therapy at all.
How are your medications working for you? Maybe a visit with your psychiatrist to review your medications could really help.
I know it's a lot I just wrote. Just some things to think about. Do you have friends, family, support in your life? Hobbies, exercise, healthy eating.... all can help us feel better mentally.
You are not alone. Don't give up trying. You will have better days.
I used to at first using Depakene 500mg. oh gosh was so bad bad times i remember,
After that i was using "respridon 2mg / 1 tablet" per every night .
and " lithium carbonate 300mg / 2 tablets per a night "
And suddenly after being therapy 5 or 6 years till now, he changed the tablets and replaced them with " olanzapin " , " lithium carbonate "
at first night i suddenly I woke up and couldn't sleep.
After that i have no sleep till the morning. I was shaking so hard could not be stopped for a moment. i was struggling with that and was about to have my second " convulsion " .
many years ago i experienced "convulsion" a hard one.
i can't remember exactly why but was because of my shitty teacher on that years. i was so little child i guess.
so after all of these i decided to change my therapist, and now i feel so much better but again i have a less hope, bright future.
But it's not that much to keep me motivated and going.
also been smoking cigrattes and hookah for years. so much hated now these type of addiction.
i want to make progress but every time i ended up in a losing hope and motivation.
