I guess I just feel like venting again. Today has not been a good day for me so far. My lower back is hurting like a big dog right now. Typing is kind of making me realize I am not hurting in my back only. Geez! I have taken an Advil and used the heating pad so far. Yesterday was not all so bad for me. I realize we are not gonna feel the same everyday, but I do actually have some pain every single day. OK. Tuesday was not all so good, but I got to feeling a tad better at some point. (after the visit to the psychiatrist office) Yep! I know we did have a severe thunderstorm last night with another chance now. I don't know if that has anything to do with me feeling like I am about ready to have a cow now. I fell in the bathroom a little bit ago. That was not impressive.(as I just fall sometimes) The psychiatrist was saying he went to school however many years and that he has been in practice however many years and that he really believes I will just get to where I stop falling or that a real reason will be found and fixed. (although he does realize it is possible to fall for most anybody with or without medical conditions) Of course, I have read about other people with DDD falling, too. MY primary doctor looked at the report from the MRI on my lower back and was not surprised my legs are bothering me with all that he was seeing wrong with me. I do use a cane often, too. The neurologist did suggest the use of a cane a while back. I did have the nerve damage test and the EEG and EKG and whatever else.(all good) OK. I don't know where I am really going with all of this, but I do know some people just understand what it is like to be living with chronic illnesses and to be on disability.(as I am on retirement disability by now)(former state employee) Of course, I am still waiting to hear back about SSD as well. I am supposed to see a doctor on Monday that deals with sleep problems as I have taken many naps in 2011 so far. I can stay in bed proper number of hours, but I don't feel like it very much. Being in pain like I am currently is not making me want to do much. (as I have not showered yet) I was actually told chronic fatigue a while back. My parents never bought that one at all. The psychiatrist finally said I have talked about tiredness enough that I should see that doctor after all. I did not know what all I would be typing, but I just felt like venting again. That should be enough by now. Yep!

When resting is not comfortable, it often becomes a measure of what works for how long.
I picked certain times to keep the medicine available for, and used the movement to reduce it during the day.
You will have to keep a journal to figure out what works best to help you feel better.
Hope you have a better sleep soon.
