How long does it take for the swelling to go away!
My leg is swollen from thigh above left knee to my left foot.
I have never experienced swelling like this in my life. I am worried about going back to work.

It can take a while, and the more you start to use your leg, the more it can swell sometimes, for a while. I would talk to your doc about it. He/she may recommend compression stockings. I would try to elevate when you can.
