Second clot

has anyone developed a second clot after they have been on blood thinners? I am feeling some soreness in my other leg. I have been on blood thinners for a little over 2 weeks.

It can happen but it’s pretty unusual. I’d contact your doctor if concerned

Not yet and hope never. On Xarelto for over a year now.

The swelling and soreness took over a month after being diagnosed with a large DVT. It ran up my left leg to my pelvis. The doctors were a bit freaked out by it.

Yes, it happened to me while I was on Xarelto. Had to switch to Coumadin.

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
