Deep-vein thrombosis, also known as deep-venous thrombosis or DVT, is the formation of a blood clot ("thrombus") in a deep vein. I've had Lovenox injections since early hours of Tuesday morning - twice a day. I'm apparently going to have to keep doing this for at least a few more days.
My question is - do we run out of places to inject ourselves? I am brusing like mad on my left-hand side, (for some reason not so much on my right hand side).
Has anyone else run into this problem? Choosing between injections twice on the same side or inject into a bruised area?

Ideally it's the abdominal area. I mean, not so far off around your waist that you can't really reach, right? You want to inject in a fatty part of your body, not muscle. You may want to check the Lovenox website for some guidance.
