How long was it low? If you were low for just a short time, you probably didn't reclot. You can always talk to your dr if you are concerned.

Also, it is usually better to make small changes to your dose when you are out of range. Otherwise, you end up with large swings and it takes forever to get stabilized.

Probably not but it is possible if you were low for a while. Still, in the off chance you did clot, nothing would likely change in terms of treatment. Like Jan11965 said, if concerned, talk to your doc.

Also, it's a good idea to keep track of things like how far your INR dropped when you held for two days. It sounds like it dropped too far, so in the future, if the doc suggests holding for two days, you should push back on that. Mention how far it fell this time and that you'd rather just hold for one day.

For me, I drop about 1.0 for every day that I hold. If I'm at 3.8, I'll drop to about 2.8 if I hold one day. I've had different docs, PAs, nurses, etc. tell me to hold for two days when my numbers are too high, but a lot of time I'll push back and tell them its too much. My own doc usually knows better, but sometimes she's on vacation or I'm calling after hours and dealing with someone else in the office.

It's unlikely to clot in just a few days without some sort of actual cause during that time (surgery? long plane trip?), so I wouldn't be too worried about that. And, even if you did, they'd just put you on the anticoagulants ... which you're already on. Your INR is solidly therapeutic, so no worries!
