Deep-vein thrombosis, also known as deep-venous thrombosis or DVT, is the formation of a blood clot ("thrombus") in a deep vein. Interesting but how would it account for all the other factors that would change your INR, like diet, other meds, etc? So, if they got the dosage right for your genetics, how do they keep it right with all the other external stuff that can alter the INR? I'm no giant in the science field, so maybe I'm just not gettin' this.

Maybe it has to do more with the start-up dose? But that's a really good point RMB.
