DVT's in Posterior Tibials

Hi, I posted earlier about having 2 blood clots in my left calf (both in the Posterior Tibials) the length of my entire calf due to Scleratherapy complication. I am a little over 2 months out and I have been on Xeralto for a little over a month. Has anyone else had issue with the effected leg getting tight and then subsiding a little once the ankle pops? I have noticed it is doing that a lot. I let my doctor know, but she doesn't seem to be concerned by it. Just wondering if anyone else has had that experience?

Could you clarify these symptoms better. What do you mean by "the ankle pops". These symptoms sounds like somehow muscular in origin, but it would be good to have more detailed clarification of these symptoms.

That's the best I can do to describe it. It just feels tight and painful almost as if it is a vein or reduced blood flow. Then my ankle pops and it feels much better. Idk if my experience is different because it is 2 deep veins and it was caused by Scleratherapy? Best I can due to describe it. -Thanks

I guess I would say that it's not unusual to have different kinds of sensations in your leg post DVT diagnosis. I also used to try to remind myself when I was having weird feelings or discomfort in my leg that I was on anticoagulants and they were working to prevent new clots. So anything I'm feeling is likely residual. I know that sounds like just glossing over something that may or may not be a concern, but I think for me, if I didn't do that, I would have been in the doctors office every other day. BUT, I do think if it's something that continues to bother you, let your doc know, and ask her to explain why she's not concerned.

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
