My sweet girl decided to go over to Rainbow Bridge

CeeCee, my diabetic senior decided it was time to go, so she had her allotted cookie from hubby and got her back rub from him, which they did everyday, went outside in the nice beautiful day and laid down and passed away quietly, with her younger sister and brother watching over her.
Vet figured she had either a heart attack or a stroke, but did say it was not related to her diabetes and she did not suffer since it was so quick.
Of course now the other 3 (counting the cat) are waiting for her, they go outside and go to the spot where she laid, waiting. Even our wild child Max seems subdued, which I didn't think ever possible with him LOL.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field. I was trying to get out of teaching and I feel so devastated. I felt this crushing feeling when I signed the paperwork and when I was in the meetings. I know that sounds so dramatic but it is how I felt. It...

I hope you are able to come to understanding that this was happy life she lived....anyway...hugs for sure....and are you getting the ashes or did you bury her in your yard? I always get the ashes when I had my babies put down and that is two of them I have done so far besides those my parents did years ago....hugs
I planted over their ashes too both were mother's day gifts to my mom for the plants we put them under....one an azalea then last year a white dog wood tree for my hunting buddy Doc....both were hunting dogs actually and I miss having them still too....
I can't even write this now with out breaking up...
Many people just don't get it. They are ALSO FAMILY!!
I couldn't bear the thought of losing one of mine.
We have 3 cats 2 big dogs and they all love each other. They see us in the yard and we all go for walks together. Strange looking to most people.
I used to do custom work for a wood art gallery. We had several requests for ash boxes for their pets.
I think many places ask way too much...especially in a most sensitive time.
We try to remember our pets most happy times..in these times.
