Facebook Connect Is Here!

This morning we launched a new feature on DailyStrength called Facebook Connect. You might be familiar with this feature from other sites and we're excited to add it to DS.

In brief, you will now have the option to connect your DS and FB profiles and share your DailyStrength activity on your Facebook Wall. This feature is totally optional and those members who don't choose to connect their DS account will not see any changes at all.

For those of you who choose to use this new feature, you can click the "f connect" button during your next login and join your DS and FB profiles instantly!

We're working hard adding features and improving existing ones to DailyStrength all to make your experience here a better one.

You are young, I on the other hand am not. I am in need of a service animal to allow me to function, what did I see when I was googling but my friends name at Daily Strenght talking about her service animal. I have seen this more than three times different ppl but when googling for help in a different area the last thing I expected to see was seeing what she said about her service animal at daily strenght. I need this site, like a Dr office. I don't want my inner stuff all over.

Dont like it one bit. Not even on face book as like my privacy. Why cant we please have a choice to have the feature on or turn it off individually? Say in our profile set up or account settings? It is close, and I have already accidently openned it up.

Aust, which feature are you looking to turn off individually or on individually?

Facebook Connect is turned on individually - not automatically, as we pointed by the OP and several responses in this thread. Are you concerned about another feature?
