two days no food

How lone have any of you gone with out eating???

Never. I've always eaten daily, even in my worst flares. Two days is too long to be without food. Get with your doc. Reading your recent posts makes me concerned for you.

About 1 week. I did pass out at the end. I was still miserable with my j pouch though all that time, even without eating any food.

I was a muscular guy with not much fat on me, so by the 8th day I had lost 55 lbs of muscle mass+fat. I was skin and bone. Then they finally gave me the white liquid stuff that they told me was food into my veins, till then I was connected to IV so I had liquid in my system which was sucked out of my stomach by a pump for 10 days.
After the 3rd day the feeling of hunger had changed. Guess what show I watched 24-7 till i ate? the food network :)

Before I was diagnosed and didn't have any ins. I went weeks without eating because the hospital kept sending me home and I was in so much pain, but I almost died of dehydration even though I was trying to drink water. I lost 70 lbs. before the hospital would admit me. Please don't wait that long, talk to your doctor, PLEASE

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
