I hope you get some relief soon
I am certainly in the bad Flare stage, having been there for the past few months. I have excruciating pain most morning - far more painful than having two knee replacements a couple of years ago! The pain seems to cover from my ankles through to my hip, all on the right hand side. Takes about 15 minutes to subside, until the next time I have a mad rush to the toilet. I do have arthritis of course and now I'm waiting to have more x-rays to check out the progress of the arthritis. However, I have my doubts as to the cause.

Thanks
I think I am having joint pain since I have been having flares up. I never thought of it until I read post Zetterbug . Thank you
I had never heard of anyone else having joint pain. I'm glad I asked here because my doctor isn't much help. I read somewhere that people with Crohn's and UC should eliminate sugar from their diet because it causes inflammation. That's really hard for me because everything has added sugar and I love sugar.

I sure hope it helps you to feel better
Yes sugar isn't good inflamation But I find it too hard to not use it, I have a bad sweet tooth!!
I probably should be exploring my diet in relation to Crohn's, but I too have a sweet tooth and a liking of spicy food. I like a beer as well. but I have at least kept away from the alcohol over the past few months.
