do I REALLY have crohns??

Hi everyone, I've been a part of this group for a while but have never posted. Here's a little back story, when I was 12 I was diagnosed with crohns because they found a cyst or fistula in my butt (something along those lines, it was so long ago) and in addition to that my intestines has pretty much been non stop inflamed for YEARS now (i'm currently 22).
I also suffer from HS which a lot of people don't know about, but it is a skin disease that they say often comes with crohns.
Anyway, every time I go to the doctor, they ask me what are my "trigger" foods and I never know what to say. For some reason, I don't have the normal symptoms of crohns patients. I never have diarrhea, never any bloody or mucus in my stools, never any bad stomach aches, nothing..
And yet my intestines is ALWAYS inflamed, which is very frustrating.
I've been on remecade for years and it does nothing for me. In fact my other autoimmune disorder has gotten worse. I guess my question is, does this sound like crohns to you guys? Can you go based off the fact that my intestines is inflamed and thats it? or is there more to this disease?
Also, what are the normal trigger foods for you guys and what happens when you eat these foods? I've been reading some of the other posts and I see lots of gluten, dairy etc. I even saw someone saying they can't eat lettuce! which is new to me I've never heard of that. Just looking for some information!
Thanks a ton!

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
I have UC and initially I had the classic symptoms. With my last flare, I had no diarrhea. I actually am mostly constipated the last 8 or so years.
