Any idea what this could be?

I am not sure I am in the right group, but I am going to give it a shot.
I have had pain in my upper abdomen for about six weeks. Went to the doctor, he felt a lump in my upper left quadrant. He sent me for an ultrasound, and they found a thin walled cyst between the kidney and spleen. This doesn't seem to be where my pain is, but I do also have some serious back pain and have had for about a year.
My stomach sometimes feels swollen and inflamed. It is painful to touch and I feel a lot of pressure.
Some days are worse than others. I went to a surgeon yesterday for a second opinion, and he said ultrasounds are not good for stomach diagnosis and he is sending me for a catscan. He says I can't have that kind of pain with that cyst. I told him I have pain, and it pushes up on my rib cage/diaphragm and makes it hard for me to breathe, especially walking much at all.
Any ideas on what this might be??

Hopefully the catscan will tell more. Does it bothering you when you eat?

Yes, I feel much more bloating and discomfort after I eat something, regardless of what it is.

Could it be your gallbladder? Usually the pain is upper right abdomin pain but it can cause pain elsewhere.

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
