I am 32, I was diagnosed with Severe GERD on Feb 2017 after an endoscopy,blood test and breath test to check Hpylori.I used to have severe frequent burning sensation around the stomach but now it has subsided alitle bit. On October 2017 i went for another endoscopy from which i was diagnosed with chronic gastritis, the burning sensation was till present especially when i got hungry. I usually eat 2 hrs before sleep and when i lie on my left side i would feel a tremendous burning pain around the stomach so i frequently lie on my right side. I have been taking anti acids,proton pump inhibitors for the last one year.Recently,last week (7/4/2018) i went for a CT scan and from the results, the doctor said i have mesentric lymhadenitis. so, can this lead to cancer? or is it that i have been taking anti acids for a long time that led to the swelling of the lymph glands. Inshort, due to lack of acid in the stomach led to built up of bacteria that caused swollen glands? is their any other test i can do? Kindly advice me,currrently am in China and Chinglish comunication is crazy.
