weather changes, baramoter changes, smells, certain foods.....
i have been horribly allergic to cats and my loved them
did you know that siamese are a breed that many allergic people can tolerate for some reason they are anti allergentic..
just like all size poodles are anti allergenic and most people allergic to dogs arent to them.
do even with my severe allergies as a child i could even sleep with my cat and we had a cocker-poo that never bothered me.

Definitely cannot use Bounce in laundry for dryer, can't walk down the isle in the grocery store with detergent (unfortunately they keep the cat food there) so I run to the cat food with my nose plugged and grab what I want.
Can't get too close to BBQ's,
I can sleep with my cat though, just wash sheets and pillow cases every week. My cat sleeps on my pillow, she starts off on the other one on the other side of the bed, while I'm sleeping she slowly moves on to mine. I still love her.
Very high humidity, like today in the north east compounded by "poor air quality" makes me stay indoors in the A/c. We put in central air last year and it helps a lot.
If I have been upset and crying, that too will bring on an episode,
I guess my worst triggers are incense (which is overwhelming any time I walk into the office here--and at Mass!) and becoming anxious. That's worse than anything I can think of. The more anxious I am the more sob I become which makes me more anxious.....
