Just wanted to shout today is my two year anniversary of quitting smoking. I truly cannot believe I did it or made it this long. I have to admit I am quite proud of myself.

For all of you trying to quit out there please know it can be done. It is very difficult but it can be done and the benefits are tremendous. I just so wish I had done it 30 years ago.

Congrats... It's never too late to quit but the sooner the better!!!. Soon will be 7 years for me. Quit cold turkey because of the coughing, etc. and just last year started the COPD meds...

Kberber, that is wonderful news, soon it will be your 20th year, and it will be just as important to you as today. Quiting smoking is the single most difficult thing I have ever done. You should be extremely proud of yourself. Take care, Bill

On April 6, it will be 21 years ago that I quit and I'm convinced that's why my health has stayed as good as it has for so long.

Two years is awesome! Keep hanging in there! You're doing the very best thing for your health!
