Ok, so I told you all that I started this Partial Liquid diet last Tuesday. This will help me lose the weight I need to, before my gastric bypass surgery. The want you to shrink your liver, because it will be easier for the surgeon to see, when he's in there.
This surgery/weight loss, will also help my breathing! That is a good thing.
Ok, can I have a drum roll please????????
After one week on this plan, I LOST 8 POUNDS IN 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!!
I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WEEK 1....ONTO WEEK 2 NOW...

Don't worry my friends, this partial liquid diet is "DR PRESCRIBED', and has been done before prior to bariatric surgery.
It's to shrink the fatty liver, and lose pre-op pounds prior to surgery.
Very safe. I had blood work done, and my sodium is low, so I just need to eat my fat free broth to get more sodium in my diet.

I have my regular 1000 island salad dressing. And at night, I have a multi grain light English muffin with 2 tbl of peanut butter!! LOL!!
Plus my santa fe tortilla strips on my salad, and creamer in my coffee!
There are some things right now, that I just won't give up, until I have to, after the surgery.
