I'm on another support group on here, and Mema posted a message that DebBear wrote her in email. She shared it on there, so i'm putting it on here, so you can read it too.
Yes guys...I have been suspended......since DS does not tell ya the reason, I can only assume it was from my JE (which is now gone)...my BAD:(:(
It appears that originally my account was "closed", but that seems to have been a mistake and it it now open again (In theory)......but I can NOT post until 8/27/13...per DS......unless I hear different from them before that I will abide by their rules:)
I appreciate all your thoughts and kind words and I miss you all. We did stop by MIL today and the Hover Round sits in its spot and has not moved an inch...just collecting dust. Meanwhile she has gotten someone to paint the ramps she got built to be able to use the Hover Round that she has no intention of using.......LOL. so.....now she has a Hover Round, 2 nice ramps ....all painted :)...FREE of charge:(
Meanwhile........I am in jail. Mema can give you my contact info if you want. I can still "see" you........just can't contribute at all. I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected:):)

Just seems dangerous for people with heallth issues to be put in this position.
Given a DS sentence: Would you throw up your hands and declare forget it?; Would you come skipping back after the probation is over? Would you try to find a work-around?
The decision you make has to do with: Do I need the group? Does the group need me? Are there alternatives? Injustice, anyone?
This is not a social site per se Facebook. This is a SUPPORT site for give and take: physical, mental, and emotional. I'm angry and sad.
Have to think about - the steak is excellent, but the service is poor.
I do not understand either, but don't have a clue as to change anything. We all need support, and even just the fellowship of the posts, chatting with each other, means so much to each of us, especially those that may not have anyone else for support.
Bear, be good, and when you get out of jail, come on home. You are loved and missed. It was a good thing to read the post, thank you for sharing Boo....

I will send you an email with my phone number....Cause by the time you "get out of jail", I will probably have had my surgery, and will be recuperating. im sure i'll be online, but just in case, ck your email on here & I will leave my phone number. Then you can text me, and ck up on ME! LOL!!! Make sure that i'm behaving myself during my short stay in the hospital at the end of August.
I will have my surgery date, next week...that's what the secretary told me, I should be given a tentative date on Aug. 8th.

and joany, you brought up some great points.
i think i would come back & go on as usual (as they granted me permission to)....not because of DS, but because of the people on this support site.
kind of like fb. it drives me crazy, but it's how i can keep up with all my kids, neices, nephews, grandkids etc. so i don't stay for facebook, i stay for my family.
here i don't stay for DS, i stay for the friends i have made.
Not impressed with how DS handles their timeouts. Dumb dumb dumb.
Debbear got kicked off, because she posted something about the page they put together for donations for her cancer treatments/bills, in her journal on DS.
They didn't exactly tell her that, but she is thinking that's why.
She will be back in a few weeks. She emailed me personally at my own email account, and told me she is "lurking" for now, but does not , or can not reply yet, but she is thinking of all of us, and misses us all!!
She will be back, and our family will all be on here sooN!!!
