Does or has anyone ever tried bicycling & use their O2? We have a really nice almost flat bike path right down the road from me & was thinking Of trying it :>))

Ouch Redbird...... hose around neck !!!!! Me thinks that could be a health and safety issue if you hit something .... were catapulted into the blue yonder......... breathe easy.....

Deb, I was sure that when I felt well enough to come back and check on you that you would be telling us how wonderful it was.

Again, I sure couldn't do it but you need to take the plunge for the others that are considering trying this. You can set the bar........the Goal........ not Good Time Charlie's Bar.:))

I haven't tried it yet. If I hit something I'm going to get catapulted anyways. I'm not self conscious of the nose hose & as far as falling over, I fell over 3 times in Savannah. Bumpy roads... not real scooter friendly. Took a big all terrain one with me last time. Much better! Can't remember how many people I ran over :>))

Me? I'm opting for a motorized bike or sitting in a sidecar....we have nothing but hills here! So, can't speak to bike riding but I have found using a walking stick really helps getting up the hills!

P.S. You might think to take a box of bandaids, just in case, Deb.

I love my scooters. Have tipped over a couple times in Savannah. Old cobbled roads & brick sidewalks & imbibing in Savannah spirits. I behaved last time I was there. Was hubby's turn. I live in the hills too, but our bike path was built over an old railway track, so it's fairly flat. I have these crazy ideas all the time. This might be doable though :>))

Well our weather did get a bit chilly & windy since you posted your bike idea. Hopefully you will feel the freedom this weekend. You don't have to ride like we did as kids...slow and easy like a beginner ! lol

Definitely!! I also will have what cyclists call a 'swag wagon' following me. That would be hubby on that big scooter ( Osprey) I got for riding around the woods & other places you need more substantial wheels than a go-go. I figure if I don't do well on the bike I'll just trade with him or ride back to the van on his lap:>)
